Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff Thermal Engineer located in Kallang, Singapore
What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of thermal design architecture.
- Perform thermal/acoustic estimation/verification against product requirements.
- Research/implement new thermal technologies for high density power module and energy storage products.
- In charge of supplier management and cross functional communication.
- Manage technical projects and collaborate with other internal teams and to support the execution process throughout development cycle.
- Collaborate with design team to get resolution/path forward when appropriate trade-offs required between thermal and other disciplines ( ie . EMC, SI, PCB design).
- Keep up to date on appropriate standards and test methodologies.
- Review of design for thermal strategy and implementation
