## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Data & Analytics Co-Op located in our Libertyville, IL site.

Reporting to Process & Automation Engineering Team, the student will support manufacturing data analysis, OEE tracking, dashboard development, and SPC charting across molding and coiling operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What a typical day looks like:

- Develop Power BI dashboards for OEE, downtime, scrap, and cycle time
- Write SQL queries to extract production data
- Use Python for data analysis and automation scripts
- Create and maintain SPC charts (X-bar, R, Cpk analysis)
- Support coiler data collection integration
- Assist with predictive maintenance analytics initiatives
- Attend team meetings to support project work as needed

Student qualities we’re seeking for this Co-Op assignment:

- Junior/Senior student pursuing Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering major
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboards
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap, cycle time)
- Exposure to data collection and predictive maintenance concepts
- Previous manufacturing internship experience a plus!

Co-Op Program Requirements:

- Ability to work 40 hours/week (in person) during the Spring 2027 co-op assignment
- Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 GPA

The base pay range for this position is provided below. The final base rate offered will be determined using job-related, non-discriminatory criteria, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity.
Pay Range $20 - $34 Hourly
