Job Description & Summary
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks , for clients in the asset management and banking sector , ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase.
- Coordinate international and shared service teams, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication.
- Create meaningful value for clients, teams, and your own professional growth within a motivated team operating in a dynamic environment.
- Strengthen your stakeholder management capabilities by working across complex, challenging projects and special assurance engagements.
- Build your leadership skills on and off the job through regular, constructive feedback from colleagues and your coach.
- Solid expertise in Swiss audit and accounting standards , including experience with clients in asset management, banking, and financial services .
- 3–4 years of experience managing and supporting complex audit engagements end-to-end, ideally in an international environment.
- At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Coaching and team development competence, with the ability to guide team members in a global audit context.
