Job Description:

Position Summary:

- The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is   seeking   a motivated and collaborative   Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer   to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on   cutting-edge   technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead   New Product Development (NPD)   initiatives from concept to commercialization.

- Apply   Design of Experiments (DOE)   and statistical analysis to   optimize   filter performance.

- Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful   criteria .

- Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

- Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.

- Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.

- Support projects with up to   10% travel .

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

- M aster’s degree in chemistry,   c hemical   e ngineering   and Material   Science

- Experience in the following areas is a strong plus:

- Semiconductor process engineering / integration engineering experience

- Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, especially filtration and purification systems

- Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)

- Proficiency   in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP ,   PowerBI ) and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent   English   communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
