Position Summary:

- The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is   seeking   a strategic and collaborative   Manager, New Product Development (NPD)   to lead a team of engineers in developing innovative liquid filtration products for advanced semiconductor applications. This leadership role   is responsible for   setting technical direction, driving cross-functional execution, developing talent, and ensuring successful delivery of NPD programs from concept through commercialization.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing NPD engineering team, providing clear priorities, coaching, feedback, and career development support.

- Set technical direction and execution strategy for NPD programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and technology roadmaps.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with global engineering, manufacturing, quality, applications, marketing, and customer-facing teams to remove barriers and accelerate execution.

- Establish project goals, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation actions to ensure   timely , cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Communicate program status, technical decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and key stakeholders.

- Support global collaboration and customer engagement with up to   10% travel .

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

- Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

- Proven   people   leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and building an inclusive team culture.

- Experience leading semiconductor   process , filtration, purification, or advanced materials product development programs.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and make decisions in complex, fast-moving technical environments.

- Strong project and portfolio management capability, including prioritization, resource planning, risk management, and executive-level communication.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and judgment to balance technical trade-offs, business needs, and customer expectations.

- Solid understanding of DOE, statistical analysis, product qualification, and data-driven technical decision-making.

- Experience using statistical and business tools such as Minitab, JMP, Power BI, or equivalent platforms to guide decisions and communicate insights.

- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics and influence diverse global stakeholders.
