Welcome customers visiting the service center and provide appropriate solutions to their vehicle service needs.

2. Assist customers with insurance claim and accident repair processes.

3. Support vehicle damage assessment and repair cost estimation for insurance claims.

4. Manage repair orders, monitor repair progress, and ensure service quality throughout the repair process.

5. Address customer concerns and technical inquiries by collaborating closely with technicians to deliver an excellent service experience.

6. Coordinate repair schedules with internal teams and communicate repair status and timelines to customers.

7. Contact customers and arrange vehicle pick-up and delivery schedules.

8. Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction with the maintenance and repair services provided.
