Senior Construction Technician (m/w/d) - Gigafactory Berlin - Brandenburg

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Technician (m/w/d) to join the team at our
Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg.

- Perform and support construction activities throughout Gigafactory Berlin, ensuring timely project completion in collaboration with the Construction Team.
- Lead and guide the junior technical team, planning tasks and work sequences effectively.
- Execute hands-on construction and assembly work across the following areas: mechanical and electrical assembly, plumbing and water connections, steel measurements, and general manufacturing tasks.
- Handle transport, logistics, cleaning, unloading of heavy equipment and materials, and relocation of existing machines, tools, production lines, and storage areas.
- Install and assemble partition walls, fencing, protective structures, steel constructions, drywall, doors, foil curtains, and tarpaulins, including disassembly and rework where required.
- Operate the following machinery (valid licenses required): Forklift, Crane, Telehandler (Manitou), Scissor Lift, Claw Booster.

- Technical background and/or evidence of exceptional experience in construction works, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to read technical drawings and execute work in accordance with applicable standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts.
- Resilience to perform effectively in a high-pressure, cross-functional organisation with tight timelines and ambitious goals.
