About this role

Job Summary

Operating from within   Res m ed's   Commercial Growth team, the Primary Care Lead   is responsible for   advancing our presence in the   P rimary   C are space through structured engagement, evidence-led program design, and a clear focus on driving sleep health outcomes at the GP level.

This role holds critical responsibilities across discovery, market analysis, and in-market execution. We need a leader with a broad set of capabilities — someone who can   identify   opportunities, align internal and external stakeholders, and deliver with discipline in a complex and evolving healthcare landscape.

As a self-starter with deep knowledge of the primary care domain, you will drive both strategy and execution for one of ResMed's most important growth priorities.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

- Lead   the design,   implementation   and continuous improvement of a national multi-channel Primary Care engagement program.

- Translate market research and intelligence into   functional insights.

- Identify   gaps,   validate   assumptions   and make confident recommendations .

- Managing   end to end   delivery to ensure projects are   achieved on time, within scope and budget.

- Engage   cross functional teams on a   program   that delivers   measurable outcomes .

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on education programs   and toolkits   that are clinically credible .

- Work across sales, marketing, clinical and commercial teams to align the program   to   business priorities .

- Manage stakeholders with different   objectives   while   maintaining   momentum .

- Represent the program   to senior stakeholders as the program matures.

- Set clear briefs, manage   scope   and budget,   and hold to committed timelines.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience  
 
Required:

- 5+ years in   a   primary care related role, whether in a   c ommercial, clinical,   consulting   or strategic capacity.

- A   genuine   strategic   understanding of the Primary Care industry

- Proven   track record   l eading complex projects or programs   from design through delivery

- Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

- Experience managing third party research or consulting partners.

- Exposure to   the   Medical Device industry

- The ability to align commercial thinking with clinical credibility

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Project Management Discipline .
