We’re looking for a Fintech Consultant to join our Banking Advisory team. As a Fintech Consultant within our Banking and Fintech Advisory team, you'll work at the intersection of regulation and innovation, supporting some of the most exciting players in the payments, e-money and digital assets space. From high-growth fintechs to established financial institutions, you'll be part of a team that turns regulatory complexity into competitive advantage, helping clients launch, scale and thrive in Malta's fast-evolving fintech ecosystem.

What   you'll   be doing

- Guide clients through an efficient licencing journey  for fintech players, including payment institutions, e-money   institutions   and crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) .
- Track regulatory developments   turning complex updates into clear, client-ready insights.
- Support clients through regulatory change and remediation ,   including   drafting and   refin ing   of   policies,   procedures   and control frameworks to keep clients ahead and beyond.
- Contribute to winning proposals and high-impact client deliverables   that drive   real business   outcomes.
- Shape the conversation  through thought leadership, client   training   and industry events.

- Financial services   know-how   - a solid understanding of financial services governance and/or the regulatory landscape.
- Strong communication   skills  - excellent   proficiency   and fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
