We are looking for an Operational Analyst to join our team and help drive the delivery of our security operations. You will play a key role in keeping operational activities on track, coordinating work across teams and ensuring actions are followed through to completion. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organisation, accountability and collaboration, and enjoys working with others to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Strong understanding of security and risk management Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator who can follow up with people at all levels Proactive and persistent, comfortable chasing actions to completion Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar workflow tracking platforms Analytical mindset, able to spot patterns, gaps and risks in operational data and identify process and control improvements Experience in a technology environment, in an operations, project coordinator or analyst role with responsibility for governance, risk, compliance and risk management processes
