Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process, including requirements definition, implementation, and evaluation.
Identify product issues and improvement opportunities by gathering and analyzing feedback from internal stakeholders and end users.
Support the planning and maintenance of product roadmaps by working closely with engineering and other technical teams.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements and document specifications to support product development.
Analyze technical systems, technologies, and use cases to provide data-driven insights that inform product decisions.
Participate in the design, execution, and analysis of proof-of-concept experiments to evaluate product features and user experience improvements.
Assist in developing and maintaining processes, tools, and reports for data collection and analysis to monitor product performance.
Prepare and deliver project updates and documentation to stakeholders regarding timelines, risks, and implementation status.
Mentor junior level team members.
