Great Events Catering is looking for multiple Casual Catering Servers to join our event team.
We cater a wide variety of events throughout Calgary and surrounding areas, including weddings, corporate events, galas, private celebrations, receptions, and large-scale special events .

What You'll Do
As a Catering Server, you'll play an important role in creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Depending on the event, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing friendly, professional, and attentive guest service
- Serving plated meals, buffets, cocktail receptions, and passed appetizers
- Serving food and beverages throughout events
- Setting and resetting tables
- Carrying trays and clearing plates, glassware, and cutlery
- Replenishing buffets, beverage stations, and service areas
- Maintaining clean and organized guest and service areas
- Assisting with event setup and teardown
- Working closely with Event Captains, Managers, kitchen, and bar teams
- Following food safety, liquor service, and workplace safety procedures

- Is reliable and punctual
- Works well as part of a team
- Is comfortable in a fast-paced event environment
- Can stand and walk for extended periods
- Is comfortable carrying trays, plates, and service items
- Has a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Is available for a variety of shifts, especially evenings and weekends
Previous experience in catering, banquet service, restaurants, hotels, weddings, or events is an asset.
