Part-Time Life Enrichment Leader, 28 hours per week. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What Youll Do
Th Life Enrichment Leader will lead the planning and daily implementation of a well-rounded activity program that supports residents intellectual, social, spiritual, creative, and physical well-being through both group and individual engagement. Youll collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and team members across departments to create meaningful experiences, maintain activity calendars and displays, and foster a warm, engaging environment throughout the community. You will also support program quality and compliance by assisting with documentation, budgeting, regulatory standards, and communication with leadership regarding resident needs, program updates, and opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred
- Strong leadership qualities including organization, initiative, and follow-through
- Creativity and ability to design engaging, inclusive programming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond with professionalism and empathy in dynamic situations
- Understanding of or willingness to learn regulatory requirements related to activity programming
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
