Quality Inspector
Pay: $17.00–$21.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow inspection procedures, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and finished products.
- Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and tolerances.
- Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality management standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications is preferred.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
