Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Full-Time Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Scottsboro, Alabama . Whether you're an experienced MIG welder or have basic welding knowledge and are looking to grow your skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay

- $18.00–$22.00 per hour
- Performance raises every 6 months

Schedule

1st Shift

- Monday–Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding and fabrication on steel components.
- Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints as needed.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

- MIG welding experience preferred.
- Basic welding knowledge is welcome.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
