About this role
Tasks:
- Daily processing of order proposals and placement of purchase orders for defined Commodity
- Checking order confirmations, monitoring delivery dates and reconciling quantities, including interface management
- Maintaining and optimizing supplier relationships
- Managing complaints and monitoring delivery reliability and quality
- Participation of Supplier Evaluation, determining KPIs – On Time Delivery (OTD)
- Maintenance of material master data for Dispo-Relevant parameters
- Handling of Tickets for department relevant tasks
- Prioritization of Incoming IQC handling for Mechanic
- Collaboration with international locations
Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
- good SAP knowledge
- very good English language skills (written and spoken), Mandarin language skills are an advantage
- Independent and structured work style, service-oriented approach, flexibility and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
