About This Role We're hiring HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians for our Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.

What You'll Do

- Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.

- Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.

- Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.

- Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.

- Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.

- Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.

What You'll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.

- 1+ years of experience in an HVAC Maintenance or Service role.

- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.

- EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.

- Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

- NATE certification or equivalent.

- Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.
