Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Cluj Napoca .

As the Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries and orders, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to delivery.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work with technical product information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide quotations to customers
- Manage and follow up on customer orders and delivery timelines
- Support field sales and purchasing teams with accurate and timely information
- Maintain CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date customer and order data
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Track and manage stock availability and lead times
- Prepare reports and analyze sales data using Excel
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Customer Service Orientation – Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide timely support.
- Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in processing quotes, orders, and managing inventory or delivery timelines.
- Team Player – Ability to collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages – Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Initiative and Drive – Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and closing sales.
- Adaptability – Flexibility to work with changing customer demands, product ranges, and market conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering, etc.)
