Job Description & Summary
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Digital Services team. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of technology-enabled transformation initiatives, helping clients realise business value through ERP, CRM, HRIS, cloud, data and digital solutions.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams across PwC, client organisations and third-party technology partners, you will provide the leadership, structure and governance needed to translate strategic objectives into successful business outcomes. Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will   be responsible for   leading technology implementation and digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery, go-live and transition into business-as-usual operations. You will ensure projects   remain   aligned to business   objectives ,   maintain   effective governance and stakeholder engagement, and support successful solution adoption.

You will work across a range of technologies and platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, cloud infrastructure, cyber solutions, data and analytics platforms, and broader digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled projects, from mobilisation and planning through implementation, go-live and closure.

· Deliver ERP, CRM, HRIS, Cyber, cloud,   data   and digital transformation initiatives for clients across multiple industries.

· Own and   maintain   project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, RAIDD logs, governance   artefacts   and status reporting.

· Manage scope, risks, issues,   dependencies   and change requests, ensuring   timely   escalation and resolution.

·   Facilitate   project governance forums, project   reviews   and Steering Committee reporting.

· Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, project   teams   and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

· Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, transition and   hypercare   activities where   required .

· Support business change,   training   and adoption activities to maximise the value realised from technology investments.

· Lead and motivate project team members, providing direction, coaching and feedback to support high-quality delivery.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned activities and the ongoing development of the PwC Digital Project Management practice.

About You

·   Typically   4-6 years of project management experience delivering technology or business transformation initiatives.

· Proven experience delivering ERP, CRM, HRIS, cloud, data,   analytics   or digital transformation projects.

· Strong project planning, governance, stakeholder   management   and delivery leadership capabilities.

· Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks,   issues   and change requests.

· Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

· Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external technology vendors.

· Strong problem-solving, organisational and decision-making skills.

· Comfortable working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

·   Demonstrated   ability to lead project teams and drive accountability for delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

· At least a   Bachelor's   degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.

· PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

· PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PSM II or equivalent advanced project management certification will be considered an asset.

Nice to Have

· Experience working in consulting or other professional services environments.

· Experience delivering enterprise-grade platform implementations.

· Exposure to pre-sales activities, solution shaping, effort   estimation   or proposal development.

· Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft   Project   or similar platforms.
