Assistant Manager - Horticulture

Position: Assistant Manager – Horticulture Location: Hyderabad Department: Operations – Plant Care Services (PCS) Reporting To: Manager - PCS

### Job Summary
Responsible for managing Plant Care Services (PCS) operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high-quality plant maintenance, client satisfaction, team management, and compliance with service standards.
### Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily plant maintenance operations across assigned sites.
- Supervise Executives, Supervisors, and Gardeners.
- Ensure timely plant replacement, pest control, irrigation, pruning, and overall plant health.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve service-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.
- Ensure availability of plants, materials, and consumables.
- Maintain safety, quality, and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Landscape Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
