About this role
What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows across customer lifecycle stages
- Design clear automation logic (triggers, conditions, delays) based on user behavior and product usage
- Create and manage transactional communication tied to key user events;
- Own the lifecycle communication shift to AI-driven personalization, tailoring lifecycle messages to each user, not just to segments.
- Implement segmentation using user attributes and behavioral data;
- Collaborate closely with product and data teams on events, triggers, and segmentation;
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing assets;
- Own reporting of automated lifecycle flows
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in lifecycle / CRM / email automation marketing with a track record of driving measurable results
- Solid understanding of user attributes, behavioral events, and segmentation
- Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows
- Familiarity with AI automation tools, API integrations, or light scripting/coding.
- Ability to connect data across tools and think in terms of systems and workflows
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience in SaaS environment is a strong advantage
