About this role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support & Network Administrator to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, network devices, servers, and end-user systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, and assisting with the administration of Windows-based systems.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices, including:
- Switches
- Routers
- Firewalls
- Wireless Access Points (WAPs)

- Assist with network connectivity, IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Support the administration and maintenance of Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic security

Education Required

- Diploma in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
- Relevant fields include:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Networks / Networking
- Networking & Cybersecurity
- Information Systems
- Or another closely related discipline.

Experience Required

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, system administration, or IT infrastructure support.
- Practical experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Experience supporting Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Experience providing technical support to end users and resolving IT-related incidents.
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge may be considered for a Junior IT Support & Network Technician role.
