Clinical Director (RN) Responsibilities:
- Oversee Clinical Services with interdisciplinary team
- Coordinates Physician Services
- Works directly with floor nurses to oversee hands on care
- Assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients.
- Responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Blended role of a charge nurse and upper nursing management
Qualifications
Clinical Director (RN) (RN) Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- 5 years minimal clinical nursing experience, knowledge of MDS and current Federal and State regulations for LTC
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Ohio
- CPR Certified
