Based in  Mexico City (Polanco) , the trainee will have the opportunity to gain experience in Finance, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, and Supply Chain,   through a journey shaped by business priorities and close collaboration across key areas

The Kraft Heinz Global Trainee Program is a 12-month experience in which you will have the opportunity   to   gain   a true end-to-end view of the business

You will rotate through strategic areas of the business, understand how each piece connects, and lead initiatives with real impact,   learning from experienced leaders along the way.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Eligible majors:  Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, International Business, IT, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Business Relations, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Product Design

- Degree   level :   Bachelor’s   degree

- Graduation:  completed between December 2023 and December 2026

- Location:  currently living in Mexico City or available to   relocate   to Mexico City (relocation expenses are not covered   by Kraft Heinz )

- Work model:  Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

- Languages :   advanced / fluent   conversational   English

- Mobility:  availability for future location changes during and after the program (rotations and relocations)

Selection   Process:

- Application   and   Pymetrics   assessment

- Online English test

- Escape Room   &   interview with the People team

- Interview   with   business   leaders

- Final panel with the company’s senior leadership

- Start date: January 2027
