## Seasonal Warehouse Picker / Packer
Location: Fairfield, NJ Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Position Type: Temporary / Seasonal (Immediate start through late December)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packers to join our team in Fairfield, NJ for the busy holiday season. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and packaging high-quality retail products to ensure timely delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities
Pick Orders: Read order invoices/packing slips to retrieve correct merchandise, bedding, bath items, and household goods from warehouse shelves.
Pack Orders: Safely package items according to customer specifications, ensuring proper protective materials, tissue paper, and labeling are used.
Quality Control: Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or incorrect quantities prior to final packing.
Inventory Handling: Assist with unpacking stock, staging items, and maintaining clean, organized work aisles and prep stations.
Shipping Prep: Attach accurate shipping labels and stage completed boxes for carrier pickup.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety standards and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Prior warehouse, picking/packing, order fulfillment, or retail inventory experience preferred, but willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic!
Attention to Detail: Ability to double-check SKU numbers, item names, and quantities for high order accuracy.
Physical Stamina: Able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are crucial to support seasonal shipping deadlines.
Language Skills: Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
