The Apps team is seeking a high-energy and ambitious Technical Program Manager to drive program strategy and delivery of the organization's internal AI enablement and optimization initiatives. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and is committed to delivering outstanding products for our organization. Our team combines strong technical skills, product vision, and a passion for all things program management.

As a member of our dynamic team, this position requires an individual who understands software development and AI/ML technologies, and who can translate engineering and quality priorities into roadmaps — partnering with Engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to sequence work and communicate progress across our internal AI initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of recent experience in Engineering Project Management driving AI/ML technology projects
1+ years of experience leading AI/ML-adjacent projects and optimization initiatives
Engineering and quality-aware program management background
Strong cross-functional communication, prioritization, and evangelism skills
Demonstrated delivery of technologies and services through a full project lifecycle, with experience managing projects using Agile software development
Proven track record supporting engineering teams, building and managing cross-functional relationships, and navigating delivery dependencies
Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical approach to complex challenges, adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts, and lead teams to solutions
Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience

Background solving technical challenges in an application development environment while supporting engineering teams
