About the Opportunity
A Vancouver commercial real estate practice is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support complex commercial real estate transactions for a sophisticated client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial real estate purchase, sale, and financing transactions
- Prepare closing documents, title searches, and due diligence materials
- Coordinate with lenders, other counsel, and government land title offices
- Manage multiple concurrent transaction files and deadlines
- Assist lawyers with leasing and development matters as needed
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- Significant commercial real estate paralegal experience (intermediate to senior level)
- Strong knowledge of BC land title and registration procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and file-management skills
- Ability to work independently on high-value transactions
