Job Summary

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement DFM guideline and standard to ensure new products are suitable for manufacture
- DFM(PCB/PCBA/Assembly/Automation) design issues check and provide feedback/proposal to RD team for design improvement
- 3D DFM review and critical dimension tolerance analysis
- NPI build Summary report and product stage performance review
- DFX review meeting with RD and cross function team
- DFx issues correct action follow up, verification and close
- Lesson learnt data base collect, publish, maintain
- New component package creation checking when layout team request.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical etc.
- Good English listening, writing & speaking.
- At least 5 years’ experience of DFM for PCBA and box build.
- Familiar with SMT, PCBA, wave soldering etc. electronic manufacturing process
- Familiar with IPC standard, electronic product design guideline
- Proficient in tolerance stack-up analysis
- Professional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self – motivated
- Experience of using VALOR,CAM350, CAD software is plus
- High power (PSU/BBU/Power shelf) experience is plus.
