The   Global HRSD Content   Specialist   ensures HR content is   accurate , accessible, and continuously improved to support employees, managers, HR teams, self-service, and AI-enabled experiences.

This hands-on role transforms HR policies, procedures, case resolutions, process updates, and subject matter   expertise   into clear, user-friendly content. In addition to creating and   maintaining   content, the role builds and enables a distributed network of HR content contributors across the enterprise, making knowledge capture and publishing a routine part of how HR works.

The role serves as the operational engine that keeps HR content current, trusted, reusable, and available where employees and managers need it most.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Capture content opportunities   by   identifying   recurring questions, resolved cases, process changes, and expert guidance that should become   reusable   HR content.

- Create and improve content   by translating complex HR information into clear, concise, employee-friendly articles, FAQs, job aids, and support materials.

- Publish and   maintain   content   by coordinating reviews, processing updates, and ensuring content   remains   accurate , current, and easy to find.

- Build and enable a network of content contributors   by developing contributor practices, training, templates, and routines that enable HR teams and subject matter experts to create, improve, and   maintain   content as part of their daily work.

- Measure and   optimize   content performance   using search analytics, user feedback, and content metrics to   identify   gaps, improve quality, in crease adoption, and drive continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include :

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Communications, Business, Information Management, Journalism, English, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, technical writing, HR operations, HR Service Delivery, or enterprise service operations.

- Experience creating, editing, and   maintaining   content for diverse audiences.

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex policy, process, or technical information into clear and actionable guidance.

- Experience using content analytics, search insights, feedback, or operational metrics to improve content quality and effectiveness

It would be a plus if you also   possess   previous   experience in:

- Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, enterprise search, or other content and knowledge management platforms.

- Experience supporting self-service, shared services, case management, or employee support environments.

- Experience using AI-assisted content creation, summarization, translation, or content optimization tools.

The   annual   salary range   for this role is $75,000 - $108,000 USD.   This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of   possible compensation   for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be   modified   in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
