Zoho Developer

We are a fast-growing Australian PropTech and FinTech company specialising in new and off-the-plan property. We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer based in the Philippines to join our remote team and work closely with our Australian operations.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solutions across Zoho CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People
- Build automations and integrations using Zoho Deluge
- Write and optimise SQL queries
- Troubleshoot systems and investigate data inconsistencies
- Manage the software development lifecycle and deliver projects
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and customer outcomes

Requirements

- 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Analytics, Recruit, and People
- Proficient in Deluge and SQL
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with an international team

Preferred

- 5+ years software development experience
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Rails, or similar
- Experience building APIs, backend systems, integrations, or full-stack applications
- Agile experience and strong ownership mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
