Tasks

* Participate in regular live training and team collaboration.
* Utilise cutting-edge AI technology to attract high-intent enquiries.
* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using content and social media.
* Build brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
* Generate and nurture qualified enquiries through digital marketing activities.
* Build trusted relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom and email.
* Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to assess client suitability and alignment.
* Onboard, mentor, coach and support team members as they begin their development journey.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, client communications and administrative processes.
* Deliver consistent, professional follow-up throughout the client journey.
