We're looking for a solutions-oriented specialist who is comfortable advising clients, facilitating workshops, and implementing robust Martech strategies. You will be:

- Facilitating alignment and communication with client stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, IT, and executive teams.

- Acting as a strategic advisor to marketing and sales leaders, helping them optimize and integrate Martech solutions to meet business objectives.

- Training and empowering client resources with best-practice frameworks to help them independently leverage Martech tools for ongoing success.

- Leading workshops, training sessions, and content development to foster client engagement and hands-on understanding of Martech capabilities.

- Staying current with marketing, sales, and revenue operations industry trends and technologies, sharing relevant insights with clients.

- Managing multiple customer projects simultaneously, adapting to evolving client needs and problem-solving in dynamic environments.

- Owning assigned work with accountability for its correlation to broader project outcomes.

You will need:

- 3+ years of experience working with MarTech infrastructures.

- Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and ETL tools (experience with Segment would be highly appreciated).

- Familiarity with advanced digital analytics platforms, user engagement and personalization tools (experience with Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Braze, MoEngage would be considered an advantage).

- Strong project and stakeholder management skills to coordinate projects, set priorities, and keep initiatives on track.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle technical issues and collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
