About this role
- Bachelor’s of Technology/ Bachelor’s in Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications or Mechanical or any related field is required
- Master’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 10-12 years of experience in in Asset management in Electronics Manufacturing Systems industry
- Proven track record in process reliability improvement and spare parts management
- Proven track record of leadership
- Excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with vendors and other stakeholders
- Expertise with the installation and approval processes for new program lines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- PMP certification is an added advantage
- Holding a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered an added advantage
