About this role
Qualification :
• B.E. (Civil Engineering), M.Tech. preferred
• Courses in Structural Engineering preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience on construction site.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerised reporting and MS Office package is must.
• Needs an experience in leading the Project Management Team through civil construction, MEP and fit-out Projects and coordinating with all the Consultants.
• Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory. and Architect
