Maintenance Engineer (Water Systems) - Your future position?
You will:
Optimization and analyses:
- Achieve optimum availability and reliability of utility equipment, analyse continuously the repair work and identify problems
- Perform hands-on maintenance, fault finding, and repair activities on utility equipment and installations as required, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant utilities
- Follow and keep optimal the mechanical spare part stock level
- Review the operation of water and waste water installations; supervise occasional disinfection and cleaning tasks
- Analyse water and waste water sampling results, modification of the system
- Complete control of cooling water system and boiler water treatment technologies
- Control ISO 50001 Energy Management system with key users support
Monitor:
- Monitor and document of the plant’s energy consumption
- Ensure the required documentation, drawings, manuals are maintained and available
- Identify and investigate of possible energy overconsumption
Project management:
- Develop and implement of energy saving projects.
- Support the continuous improvement at the utility area, and
- Help to develop the lean commitment of the utility operators
Compliance:
- Comply Quality management and food safety regulations (HACCP) hygienic standards and internal regulations
- Comply Health and Safety and Fire protection regulations and internal regulations
You have:
- Collage/University Degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Food Engineering
- Experience in factory engineering and maintenance strategy
- Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
- Experience in Food industry is an advantage
- Water and wastewater treatment technologies knowledge
- TPM knowledge
- Good IT user knowledge
