About this role
Responsibilities:
- Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans
- Lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals
- Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics
- Drive cross-functional initiatives within the planning function
- Coach and guide Middle and Junior-level planners
- Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years in digital media planning
- 1–2 years of experience in mentoring or team support
- Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms
- Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems
- Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred)
- English proficiency: B2–C2; ability to communicate and express point in verbal and written English easily
