Role Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems in the retail mall.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems.
- Diagnose and fix plumbing-related emergencies promptly.
- Clear clogged drains, toilets, and sewer lines.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the proper functioning of all mall systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Experience and Education:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Proven experience as a plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting heavy equipment, and working in tight spaces.
Additional Requirements:
- Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
