Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on call emergency coverage
- Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records
- Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Qualifications
Education & Training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Relevant technical certifications preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Experience in commercial or multi building environments preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability
- Effective communication and time management skills
