WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Checking the quality of raw materials and packaging materials
Compare the inspection results to the specifications and declare the result accepted or rejected
- Record the results of the inspection, do evaluation and communicate to superiors
- Communicate and provide data of any material that is beyond the standard or material that is always on the limit limit standards to direct supervisors for follow-up
- Ensure that each parameter is checked according to specifications, procedures, and recorded in full at checklist also keep the retain sample as reference
Documenting all incoming materials data neatly and orderly
- Ensure all standards have been available
- Store raw material samples neatly and easily found for convenience Track if there is a problem in the future
- Maintain equipment and tools related to work activities and ensure they are ready for use
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of work area and work safety
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Minimum education SMU/SMK majoring in Chemical Analysis or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry
- Familiar with QC laboratory activities, including chemical and physical analysis
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP/Food Safety, Halal, Allergen, Safety, and Quality System implementation
- Understand basic environmental impact and pollution control practices
- Familiar with 5S implementation in working environment
- Able to operate MS Office and understand basic SAP usage
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work accurately under tight timelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Not color blind (mandatory)
