Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Live-In HHAs and Drivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients throughout Suffolk County .

Starting Rate: $255.45 Per Day
Work With Someone You Know
Know another HHA who is looking for live-in work?
Refer another caregiver and coordinate a case together. This is a great opportunity to work with someone you trust while helping provide consistent care to the client.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities for driver assignments
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for driver assignments
- Clean driving record preferred
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
