Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care
Location: Boonton, NJ
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Pay: $40 per hour

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Boonton, NJ.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric nurse who enjoys providing personalized care and building a strong relationship with a patient and family.
Patient & Clinical Needs
- Patient: 3-year-old child
- Care Setting: Pediatric home care
- Location: Boonton, NJ
- Clinical Equipment/Needs:
GJT
- CPT vest
- Cough assist
- Suction
- Pulse oximeter
A minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience is preferred. Experience with respiratory equipment and complex pediatric care is a plus.
Available Shifts
Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Total: 27 hours per week
Compensation
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40 per hour
Qualifications
- Current and active New Jersey LPN license
- A minimum of 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Experience providing one-on-one care in a home setting
- Comfortable caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs
- Experience with GJT, suctioning, pulse oximetry, respiratory equipment, or similar clinical needs is preferred
