Affirmed Home Care is seeking  experienced and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs)  to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients throughout  Nassau County .

Drivers are needed for current Nassau County cases.  Opportunities are available in areas including
    Port Washington, Garden City, Glen Cove
and surrounding communities.
Position Highlights
- Per Diem HHA
- $19.65–$20.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling
- Weekday and weekend opportunities
- Overtime opportunities available
- Driver’s license required for select cases
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements
- Minimum  1 year of HHA experience
- Valid  NYS HHA Certificate
- Valid driver’s license – REQUIRED for select cases
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year  or  chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
