Description
- Perform dual-role functions supporting order fulfillment and tailoring operations.
- Pick, stage, and prepare ICE and organizational gear for issue or shipment.
- Operate sewing and embroidery equipment to alter, repair, and customize uniforms and gear.
- Apply name tapes, rank, and unit identifiers.
- Inspect garments for workmanship and serviceability.
- Stage completed orders for issue or shipment.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Support surge operations and high-tempo issue events.
Requirements
- Warehouse fulfillment experience preferred.
- Sewing or garment alteration experience strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Precision in both picking and tailoring tasks.
- Ability to read work orders and tailoring instructions.
- Aptitude with commercial or industrial sewing equipment.
- Strong time management and accountability.
Certifications / Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sewing or textile training a plus.
Salary Description
Hourly - $17-$18
