TITLE: IT Director (hybrid role)

COMPENSATION: Depends on experience

SUMMARY:
- Design, develop, and implement a companywide IT strategy (i.e., systems, policies, and initiatives) to enhance operational efficiencies and help the company to continue to grow
- Lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation across the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, technology investments, etc.
- Lead/coach/mentor the companys IT team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of senior management experience in IT
- 8+ years of experience with manufacturing IT systems (i.e., MES, ERP, automation, plant floor technologies, etc.)
- Must have expertise across IT infrastructure, business intelligence, cybersecurity, AI, and application development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field is required
- Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred
- Strong leadership and project management skills
