We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager-Acquisition to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new current accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new current accounts through various acquisition strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales and acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
