Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organised, commercially focused Pilates Studio Reception & Sales Executive to deliver excellent front-of-house service while supporting memberships, bookings, and studio sales. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing enquiries, promoting services, and supporting daily studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and instructors professionally.
- Manage reception, enquiries, calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Explain classes, memberships, packages, private sessions, and studio services.
- Convert enquiries into bookings, memberships, packages, and other sales.
- Meet agreed sales, conversion, retention, and service targets.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, transfers, waitlists, check-ins, memberships, and accounts.
- Process payments, purchases, refunds, credits, and daily reconciliations accurately.
- Follow up with prospects, trial participants, inactive members, and clients.
- Build client relationships and provide personalised support.
- Coordinate with instructors and management on capacity, bookings, attendance, and client needs.
- Support onboarding, including registration, waivers, health questionnaires, and studio guidance.
- Keep reception and client areas clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when appropriate.
- Support opening, closing, daily operations, and health, safety, and safeguarding compliance.
- Prepare basic sales, attendance, booking, and operational reports.
- Perform other reception, sales, customer service, and administrative duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in reception, customer service, sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, leisure, or a similar client-facing role.
- Pilates, fitness, health club, yoga, wellness, or related experience is advantageous.
- Ability to deliver excellent service and achieve sales or conversion targets.
