Long-Haul Solo Fleet Driver – Nationwide OTR
THE ROUTE & LOGISTICS
- Area & Equipment: Haul dry van freight across all 48 states utilizing condo sleeper trucks, operating out of key regions like TN, IN, KY, and MO.
- Schedule: 2 to 3 weeks out with 2 to 3 days off at home (must provide secure home parking).
- Mileage: Average 2,200 miles weekly.
EARNINGS & PAY SCALE
- Tiered CPM: Experience-based pay from $0.57 cpm (0–1 yr) up to $0.66 cpm (10–30 yrs).
- Projections: Weekly gross of $1,254 – $1,452 , totaling an annual income of $65,208 to $75,504 .
FREIGHT & PROCEDURES
- Handling: Strictly no-touch freight combining drop-and-hook, live loading, and live unloading.
- Communication: Daily ETA updates are mandatory, with a potential 1-week mentor ride-along for onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS & PERKS
- Qualifications: 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 12 months (or extensive road history over the last decade). Must clear a DOT physical, urine test, and hair follicle screen .
