What You Will Do
- Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.
- Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.
- Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.
- Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.
- Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.
What You Will Need
- Educational Background: Currently in your final semester of university or a recent graduate.
- Basic Technical Skills: Possess a foundational understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g., comfortable with basic formulas, filtering, and data entry).
- Passion for Data: Demonstrate a strong, genuine eagerness to learn about data analytics and business intelligence.
- Communication: Comfortable asking questions and communicating with operational stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Problem Solving: Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, curious mindset.
