Solution Consultant (System Integration)

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Lead client discussions, understanding their business and technical requirements, and effectively communicating how our solutions can address their needs.

- Solution Design & Architecture: Design and propose robust, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions aligned with clients’ enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on System & Storage, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, and Cybersecurity.

- Technology Solutioning: Develop end-to-end solution architectures covering Cloud / Hybrid Infrastructure, System & Storage, Network Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity based on customer requirements and technical environments.

- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide technical expertise, solution demonstrations, architecture presentations, and technical proposals for potential clients.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key customer stakeholders, including IT Management and technical teams, to communicate solution value, technical feasibility, and alignment with the customer’s enterprise architecture.

- Business & Technical Analysis: Analyze customer requirements, existing infrastructure, pain points, and business objectives to identify appropriate technology solutions and opportunities for improvement.

- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare solution proposals, high-level architecture designs, technical presentations, BOM / solution specifications, and other supporting documentation as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Presales, or Enterprise Infrastructure, preferably within System Integrator, IT Consulting, or Enterprise Technology environments.

- Technology Focus: Cloud Infrastructure / System & Storage / Networking / Cybersecurity.

- Strong experience designing and architecting enterprise-level infrastructure solutions.

- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture, integration, scalability, availability, performance, and security.

- Experience working with enterprise customers and presenting technical solutions to mid-to-senior-level stakeholders / IT Management.

- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in solution design, technical presales, solution proposal, and architecture presentation.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between customers, sales teams, technical teams, and technology partners.

- Excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and communication skills.

- Native Thai speaker with good English proficiency is MANDATORY.
