About the role
The Operations Manager is part of Avalere Health’s Corporate Marketing Team, which is responsible for developing and delivering the corporate brand, thought leadership, PR, and integrated marketing activity. The role partners closely with digital specialists to ensure the platforms, systems, and data underpinning integrated campaigns operate reliably and efficiently, supporting increased awareness, strengthened reputation, and commercial opportunities.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Corporate Marketing, this role is accountable for the operational infrastructure that enables the wider team to deliver against the marketing goals of the Group corporate brand, as well as Avalere Health's three capabilities – Advisory, Medical, and Marketing.
The role is central to the effective functioning of Corporate Marketing, providing the team with the platform integration, resourcing visibility and performance insight required to plan and deliver on strategic goals with confidence.
What You'll Do
Operational excellence and process management
Develop a culture and processes of operational excellence within the Corporate Marketing team, leading on all Corporate Marketing process development and implementation.
